Refund Policy

1. General

  • Zulope is a platform that connects customers with salons. All bookings and payments are subject to the individual salon's refund and cancellation policies.
  • Zulope does not directly charge customers for salon services and is not responsible for issuing refunds on behalf of salons.

2. Cancellation by Customer

  • Customers may cancel a booking through the app before the appointment time.
  • Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance the cancellation is made and the salon's individual policy.
  • Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment time may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Cancellation by Salon

  • If a salon cancels a confirmed booking, the customer is entitled to a full refund of any amount paid.
  • Refunds for salon-initiated cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days.

4. No-Show Policy

  • Customers who do not show up for a confirmed appointment without prior cancellation may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions.

5. Service Disputes

  • If you are unsatisfied with a service received, please raise a complaint directly with the salon.
  • Zulope may assist in mediating disputes but does not guarantee refunds for completed services.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
