How to delete your Zulope Partner account and what happens to your data.

Account Deletion

1. How to Delete Your Account

  • Open the Zulope app and go to Settings → Delete Account.
  • Confirm the deletion when prompted.

2. What Gets Removed Immediately

  • Your profile will be removed from the platform and will no longer be visible to salons or other users.
  • Your booking history will no longer be accessible from the app.
  • Any reviews or ratings you have submitted will be anonymized.
  • Your login credentials will be deactivated — you will not be able to sign in.

3. Data Retained for 30 Days

  • For security and compliance reasons, we retain a copy of your personal data for 30 days after deletion.
  • This includes your name, phone number, booking history, and associated records.
  • During this period, the data is not publicly accessible and is stored securely.
  • This retention allows us to investigate fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

4. After 30 Days

  • All retained personal data is permanently deleted from our servers.
  • This action is irreversible — your data cannot be recovered after permanent deletion.

5. What Is Not Deleted

  • Anonymized or aggregated data that does not identify you may be retained for analytics and platform improvement.
  • Reviews you submitted may remain visible in anonymized form to maintain platform transparency.
