Delete App Data

How to permanently remove all MemoryStash data from your device.

100% Offline — No Server Data to Delete

App: MemoryStash  |  Effective Date: July 12, 2026  |  Platform: Android

MemoryStash stores all data only on your device — no account, no cloud, no server. Deleting your data means clearing it from your phone. There is nothing to delete on our end.

How to Delete Your Data

Choose either method below. Both permanently remove all memory palaces, PEG lists, mnemonic notes, quiz history, and settings stored by MemoryStash.

Method 1 — Clear App Data (keeps the app installed)

  1. Open your phone's Settings.
  2. Go to Apps (or Application Manager).
  3. Find and tap MemoryStash.
  4. Tap Storage.
  5. Tap Clear Data and confirm.

Method 2 — Uninstall the app

  1. Long-press the MemoryStash icon on your home screen or app drawer.
  2. Tap Uninstall and confirm.
  3. All app data is automatically removed when the app is uninstalled.
This action is irreversible. All memory palaces, PEG associations, mnemonic notes, quiz scores, and settings will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

What Gets Deleted

  • All memory palace locations, routes, and items
  • All PEG system number-image associations
  • All mnemonic phrases and keyword links
  • All quiz questions, answers, and score history
  • All app settings and preferences

What We Hold on Our Servers

  • Nothing. MemoryStash does not collect or store any data on external servers. There is no account or profile to delete on our end.
